Desired outcome

After provider-specific parts (unsigned reasoning) are dropped, an assistant message left with empty `content` should not be sent to the provider — mirror the existing empty-**tool**-message guard in `convert-to-language-model-prompt` for assistant messages, so the turn (and all later turns) don't 400.
